Postman is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support its enterprise business. The role involves partnering with the sales team to promote an API-first development culture, nurture customer relationships, and guide users in leveraging the Postman platform for API lifecycle management. Responsibilities include conducting technical demos, handling technical questions, understanding customer workflows, creating proof-of-concept integrations, and acting as a technical intermediary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects & supporting Strategic & Enterprise customers
  2. Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, & proof of value workshops with prospective customers looking to embrace Postman for their API lifecycle
  3. Handle Postman technical questions or objections & provide solutions or workarounds to address customer needs
  4. Understand deeply our customer workflows today & how they can adopt API-first development best practices
  5. Share customer feedback with appropriate teams & provide general customer advocacy
