Meta is looking for an experienced Enterprise Technical Sales Manager in APAC to lead a consultative sales team focused on Business Messaging and AI capabilities to help businesses achieve an Agentic future. The role involves building and coaching a sales team, owning revenue goals, developing best practices, building client relationships, and driving growth for SaaS solutions, including conversational and Agentic AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, train, and maintain an industry-leading consultative sales team; act as player/coach by driving long-term opportunity while coaching through short- and long-term challenges
  2. Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth goals across a diversified book of business
  3. Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches, identifying winning strategies, and scaling insights across the organization
  4. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, services, and product implementation based on client learnings; contribute to global playbooks and guides enterprise sales and technical solutioning
  5. Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures that drive measurable outcomes for clients

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Executive presence
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving revenue growth
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
  • Experience operating effectively across multiple teams
  • Experience using data to craft strategy and drive decision-making
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions in a multi-product, consultative sales environment
  • Experience managing highly sensitive and confidential processes
  • Experience managing Policy and Legal stakeholders
