Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist in Hong Kong to help clients leverage Business Messaging and AI capabilities for an Agentic future. The role involves direct sales, technical solutions architecture, prospecting, and enabling clients to use Meta's platform and AI as a customer engagement solution. It focuses on mid and large-sized clients in APAC, requiring extensive enterprise and technical design sales experience, particularly in SaaS growth and consultative sales. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions for an AI Agentic future, leveraging partners, demonstrating value propositions, building client relationships, and working with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, executive maturity, sales cycle leadership, large-scale systems experience, fluency in Mandarin and English, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools ethically and develop AI skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect, Identify and Design technical solutions in partnerships with clients to address their business needs to advance their progression towards an AI Agentic future centered on the current Meta Business Messaging platform
  2. Bring in advanced engineering resources as needed to accelerate new use cases
  3. Leverage platform strategic partners to build additional solutions as relevant
  4. Demonstrate the ability to bridge business and technical conversations to unlock access to multiple client stakeholder budgets
  5. Prospect, develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes
