Meta is looking for an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist in Indonesia to help clients leverage Business Messaging and AI capabilities to achieve an Agentic future. The role involves direct sales, technical solution architecture, and enabling clients to use Meta's platform and AI as a customer engagement solution. The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise and technical design sales experience, preferably in SaaS growth, and can prospect, develop pipelines, engage executives, design technical solutions, and close business by presenting products as business solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and designing technical solutions for an AI Agentic future, leveraging advanced engineering resources and strategic partners, bridging business and technical conversations, developing compelling value propositions, building client relationships, and communicating client feedback internally. Qualifications include 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, executive maturity, experience leading sales cycles, analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems, autonomous operation across teams, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools responsibly and ethically, with ongoing AI skill development in areas like prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

What you'd actually do
