Meta is looking for an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist to help clients leverage Business Messaging and AI capabilities to achieve an Agentic future. The role involves direct sales, technical solutions architecture, and enabling clients to use Meta's Business Messaging Platform and AI as a customer engagement solution. The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise and technical design sales experience, preferably in SaaS growth and consumption, and can prospect, design solutions, and close business by presenting products as business solutions. The role requires strong sales, solutioning, and communication skills, and collaboration with internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect, Identify and Design technical solutions in partnerships with clients to address their business needs to advance their progression towards an AI Agentic future centered on the current Meta Business Messaging platform.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to bridge business and technical conversations to unlock access to multiple client stakeholder budgets.
  3. Prospect, develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes
  4. Build client relationships and trust with high level decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders, to gain mindshare that can help drive measurable business results.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to scale client-facing activities.
