Meta is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist to help clients unlock the potential of Business Messaging and AI capabilities to achieve an Agentic future. The role involves direct sales, prospecting, solutions selling, and technical solutions architecture design, enabling clients to leverage Meta's Business Messaging Platform and AI as a customer engagement solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise and technical design sales experience, preferably in driving SaaS solutions growth, and will be responsible for prospecting, pipeline development, executive engagement, technical design, and closing business by presenting products as business solutions. The role requires influencing and communicating with top-level management, working with cross-functional teams, and demonstrating thought leadership to drive growth and scale client-facing activities. The candidate must be able to connect business and technical conversations, understand API, CRM/ERP integration, and whiteboard customer engagement platforms, and guide clients to optimal implementations. They should also possess demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact, experience with ethical AI practices, and ongoing AI skill development in areas like prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect, Identify and Design technical solutions in partnerships with clients to address their business needs to advance their progression towards an AI Agentic future centered on the current Meta Business Messaging platform.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to bridge business and technical conversations to unlock access to multiple client stakeholder budgets.
  3. Prospect, develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, along with commercial structure, for clients to drive measurable outcomes
  4. Build client relationships and trust with high level decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other relevant stakeholders, to gain mindshare that can help drive measurable business results.
  5. Guide our clients to the most optimal implementations by walking them through the technical solutions across Meta’s Business Messaging platform.
