What you'd actually do

  1. Support payroll operations for the APJ region to ensure 100% timely and accurate pay cycles.
  2. Maintain the "source of truth" for all employment records and verifications to ensure seamless internal reporting.
  3. Conduct detailed audits of payroll, benefits, and long-term incentives to identify and implement corrective actions.
  4. Actively contribute to the implementation of our new global payroll system and M&A integrations.
  5. Facilitate annual internal and external audits to ensure global compliance and risk mitigation.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel (specifically vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with international teams and navigating diverse regulatory environments
