What you'd actually do

  1. Manage end-to-end processing of customer-generated Quality Notifications (QNs), ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual requirements.
  2. Perform initial review and containment actions for customer QNs, including verification of part traceability, certification (CoC), lot/batch integrity, and stock segregation when required.
  3. Uses knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework, reduce cost and improve quality to meet all requirements.
  4. Ensure all QNs are accurately documented in the QMS with complete detail, including defect description, affected part numbers, lot numbers, purchase orders, and customer impact.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional investigations with Warehouse Operations, Supplier Quality, Procurement, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely resolution.

Skills

Required

  • 1 year or more of related work experience
  • 1 year or more experience operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including forklift (stand-up & reach truck) and/or order picker (cherry picker).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
