Program Manager to lead environmental reviews for manufacturing and vertiport developments, developing and executing permit screening and planning at state and federal levels. This role requires managing the permitting lifecycle, developing internal tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance for global infrastructure projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute appropriate environmental site assessments and due diligence studies to inform feasibility of development
  2. Develop internal screening tools including a permitting playbook to inform development scope, timeline, resourcing and risk.
  3. Develop novel acoustics permitting strategy with Policy and Acoustics teams to enable streamlined city, state and federal permitting adoption
  4. Analyze potential sites to flag potential environmental risks, supporting long term development efforts as part of our interdisciplinary approach towards site evaluation and selection
  5. Manage multiple land use studies and associated consultants simultaneously across different types of operational sites including manufacturing and vertiport operation and gain sign-off from required authorizing agencies
