This role is for an Epic Cupid Analyst within Deloitte's Package Managed Services team. The analyst will support project goals, interact with stakeholders, and work on the implementation, build, and maintenance of Epic systems. Responsibilities include investigating issues during go-live, documenting and resolving tickets, conducting root cause analysis, and leading client engagement workstreams for process improvement and transformation. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration, communication, and project leadership within a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work the implementation team to plan and complete build, implement end-to-end Epic
  2. Work command center shifts to investigate during go-live, document, and resolve break-fix tickets.
  3. Conduct and document root cause analysis. Complete any assigned system maintenance.
  4. Deeply experienced Epic analyst to work implementation, build and strong experience with SDLC for Epic.
  5. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
  6. Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
