This role involves building and configuring enhancements for the Epic Tapestry UM module, specifically focusing on Service Authorizations. It requires a current Epic Tapestry Certification and at least 1 year of recent build and configuration experience within the module. The consultant will work independently and collaboratively to implement, troubleshoot, test, and support Service Authorization workflows.

Skills

Required

  • Current Epic Tapestry Certification (Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management)
  • 1+ years of recent build and configuration experience on any of the Epic Tapestry modules
  • Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in Service Authorization implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
