This role is for an experienced Epic Tapestry Sr Analyst focused on building and configuring enhancements and capital projects within the Tapestry UM module, specifically Service Authorizations. The role involves application build, go-live experience, troubleshooting, testing, and support within the healthcare domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and configure for the enhancements and capital projects within the Tapestry UM module area across all client regions, specifically Service Authorizations.

Skills

Required

  • Epic Tapestry Certification
  • 3-6 years of recent build and configuration experience on any of the Epic Tapestry modules
  • Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in Service Authorization implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average
  • Role is remote

Nice to have

  • Work Experience/Direct knowledge of Utilization Management or Tapestry Utilization Management build
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
