This role supports Employee Resource Group (ERG) operations, employee experience, and systems maintenance within the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office at Ford. Responsibilities include developing and implementing ERG strategic objectives, conducting research, creating reports, maintaining operational processes, and working with communications on DEI messages. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in ERG programming, 2+ years of project management, and 2+ years of organizational development/change management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the development and implementation of ERG strategic objectives, initiatives and programming. Provide general support for the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office.
  2. Conduct research for presentations and learning materials.
  3. Create and edit Excel reports, PowerPoint decks, and other documents in support of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
  4. Maintain appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies, practices that advance efficient and effective ERG operations.
  5. Develop suggestions on initiatives to take within the organizations to support diversity, equity and inclusion.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years in ERG-related programming within a large complex organization
  • 2+ years of Project management experience
  • 2+ years of Organizational development/change management skills
