Erp Senior Manager

Senior Manager role focused on leading enterprise technology transformations, including finance, supply chain, and IT operations. The role involves program management, financial oversight, team coaching, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering holistic performance improvements and digital solutions within the Government & Public Services sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through delivery, translating executive priorities into clear workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  2. Manage multi-workstream execution, including governance, quality control, and risk/issue management across scope, timeline, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  3. Own engagement by budgeting, forecasting, margin management, staffing mix, and change control. While proactively communicating tradeoffs and options to leadership.
  4. Coach and develop managers/consultants in structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and executive-ready communication (stories, readouts, and decision memos).
  5. Drive stakeholder alignment through preparation, decision facilitation, and crisp escalation paths that keep delivery on track.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams and coaching managers/consultants in structured problem solving and executive communication
  • 4+ years of experience leading multi-workstream delivery, including governance, quality control, and risk management (scope/timeline/dependencies)
  • 3+ years of experience owning engagement financials (budget, margin), staffing mix, and change control
  • 3+ years of experience in pursuit support and proposal development (solutioning, estimating, story lining)

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
