Salesforce is seeking a Lead Compensation Data Analyst to support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) by providing analytical expertise on compensation-related matters. The role involves mapping acquired company roles to Salesforce's job architecture, conducting job evaluations, assessing cost impacts of integrating compensation and benefits, and consulting on reward program alignment using financial and statistical analysis. Responsibilities include advanced data management of large employee datasets, creating data-driven narratives and dashboards using Tableau with predictive analytics, and leading project management for compensation integration milestones. The role requires strong analytical, data fluency, and data visualization skills, with experience in HR compensation programs and legal requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support acquisitions by partnering closely with our Global Total Rewards and Compensation teams to map and level acquired company roles to Salesforce’s job architecture.
  2. Lead data management workstreams by handling large employee data sets utilizing sophisticated formulas and advanced functionality in Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Own the delivery of data solutions by synthesizing complex data sets into actionable narratives.
  4. Lead project management efforts for compensation integration milestones.
  5. Support the change readiness of HR teams and business leaders by sharing recommendations based on clear analytics and assumptions.
