Robinhood is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Lead to develop and oversee their Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline. This role involves guiding employees on conflicts of interest, interpreting the Code of Conduct, supporting investigations into policy or regulatory violations, and monitoring program effectiveness. The position requires partnership with legal, compliance, and business teams to manage initiatives, improve policies, and support training. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Compliance and Ethics Officer, preferably in financial services, with strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee the Ethics Office and Integrity Helpline, including triaging reports and conducting investigations into potential violations of policies, laws, and regulations
  2. Provide guidance on the Code of Conduct and conflict of interest matters, including gifts, entertainment, and outside business activities, acting as a primary decision-maker on complex disclosures
  3. Partner with legal, compliance, people, and business teams to manage Ethics Office initiatives, policies, and training programs
  4. Create communications and training content to increase awareness of ethical standards and compliance requirements across the company
  5. Monitor program effectiveness, assess compliance risks, benchmark the program against industry standards and peer organizations, and deliver reporting and metrics to leadership and the Board
