Event Operations Manager - This Week in Fintech

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end execution of TWIF flagship events, conferences, executive dinners, community gatherings, and sponsored experiences from concept through onsite execution.
  2. Partner with leadership to develop event strategies, programming concepts, and experience formats that strengthen TWIF’s brand, audience growth, and ecosystem influence.
  3. Build and manage relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, VIP attendees, ecosystem partners, and community members.
  4. Coordinate sponsor deliverables and partner integrations to ensure high-quality execution and long-term relationship growth.
  5. Manage production timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, travel logistics, attendee communications, and onsite operations.
