**Event Operations Senior Program Manager, Global Events **

About the Role Reporting to the Head of Event Operations, the Event Operations Senior Program Manager will lead end-to-end planning, project management, and execution across Oracle’s in- person events worldwide. This role serves as the operational backbone for complex event programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, flawless execution, and adherence to Oracle processes, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative event professional with deep expertise in event operations, logistics, cross-functional project management, and vendor coordination. This individual will manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously, partnering closely with executive producers, agencies, marketing teams, production partners, and leadership teams across global regions to deliver impactful customer experiences at scale and contribute to the success of Oracle’s Global Events portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own overall project management and end-to-end event operations and logistics for Oracle global event programs while coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
- Support all event logistics, including but not limited to, vendor management, venue coordination, budget management, registration, production, staffing, branding, print and digital signage, merchandise, expo operations, food & beverage, and executive care.
- Oversee event timelines, workback schedules, project plans, readiness reviews, and event documentation to ensure successful and on-time execution.
- Ensure executive producers and leadership teams are regularly informed of key deadlines, budget status, program risks, blockers, and escalation items.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including content and keynotes, sponsorship, registration, production, digital, security, compliance, brand experience, and communications teams.
- Submit and obtain all required compliance, procurement, privacy, and event-related approvals in accordance with Oracle policies and standards.
- Maintain operational documentation, walking decks, status trackers, collaboration tools, and reporting systems to ensure accurate and current information across teams.
- Drive organization and adoption of collaboration and project management platforms including SharePoint, Slack, OneNote, Wrike, and other Oracle proprietary systems.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships, ensuring accountability to timelines, deliverables, SLAs, budgets, and execution standards.
- Deliver event experiences on budget and on schedule while maintaining a high standard of attendee, sponsor, and stakeholder experience.
- Support onsite event execution and program leadership during live events, including troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution in fast-paced environments.
- Share event management best practices and process improvements across the Global Events organization to improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency globally.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event management, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of event operations, event management, experiential marketing, or global events experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale conferences, proprietary events, third-party conferences, or executive programs.
- Strong expertise in event planning, logistics management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional program delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
- Experience working across global markets, virtual teams, and multiple time zones.
- Strong understanding of event technologies, project management systems, registration platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively within highly matrixed organizations while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Travel required up to approximately 20%, including domestic and international travel, evenings, and weekends as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
