Event Sales Representative

Event Sales Representative responsible for increasing active subscribers and product penetration through assigned events in assigned markets. Focuses on market expansion, competitive territory, and win-back of former customers by selling and promoting core, strategic, and mobile company products through promotions and events. Utilizes deep knowledge of company products and services, and sales process experience to maximize sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Organize, lead and support events, including evening and weekend events, and will travel within an assigned market to conduct events. Overnight travel could be required depending on event type, market size and geography.
  2. Serve as the sales point of contact for company in association with assigned events, manage handoffs post-event, and assist with troubleshooting and/or resolving newly acquired customer concerns, enhancing and supporting the customer experience.
  3. Generate new subscribers through events that are either initiated or attended by the company. Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, and mobile.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals in assigned market and event activities.
  5. Effectively communicate and develop rapport with consumer prospects and property staff when events are associated with multi-dwelling units. Increase consumer prospect and property staff understanding of company products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
