This role is for an Events & Field Marketing Manager at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The manager will lead the execution of marketing programs in North America, focusing on driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty through events, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and executing regional field marketing programs, partnering with sales, owning event execution end-to-end, delivering integrated campaigns, identifying customer advocacy opportunities, tracking program performance, building cross-functional relationships, and bringing creative ideas to elevate the attendee experience. The role requires 4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, with hands-on experience supporting events or campaigns. What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute regional field marketing programs, including industry events, sponsorships, and Legora-hosted experiences for our customer community.
  2. Partner closely with sales and partner teams to align field programs with pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue outcomes.
  3. Own event execution end-to-end, spanning venue and vendor selection, attendee communications, GTM enablement, content and speaker preparation, onsite delivery, budget management, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  4. Deliver integrated campaigns that amplify field programs across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.
  5. Identify and activate Legora customers for speaking engagements, case studies, and local advocacy opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors, or in events production or events management.
  • Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Customer.io) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
