This role is for an Events Lead in the APAC region, responsible for planning and executing various events to increase brand awareness and generate pipeline for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. The role involves owning the full lifecycle of events, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, managing budgets, and analyzing performance. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is in marketing/events, not directly building AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute event plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement
  2. Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic breakfasts/dinners/lunches with key customers or potential clients
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics, managing the full end to end planning process
  4. Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance
  5. Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
