Whatnot is seeking an Events Producer to own and execute tradeshows and experiential activations, focusing on building and strengthening their seller community. This role involves strategic planning, end-to-end event execution, program design, logistics management, and budget ownership, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a portfolio of mid-sized events aligned to demand generation and category priorities
  2. Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows and activations, including booth design, fabrication, AV, shipping, and on-site operations
  3. Translate creative concepts into executable production plans
  4. Own and scale the “Booth-in-a-Box” logistics and checkout process
  5. Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events

Skills

Required

  • 4-7 years experience with tradeshow logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
  • Strong understanding of event tech/AV setups
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience creating scalable systems (inventory, logistics, playbooks) from the ground up
  • Comfortable managing budgets, tradeoffs, and ROI
  • Valid passport
