This role is for an Events & Programs Manager at an applied AI lab that builds software agents. The manager will be responsible for designing and running events, owning swag and cultural initiatives, and ensuring smooth operations for various programs. The role requires strong organizational and operational skills, creativity, and a passion for bringing people together.

What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and execute internal events including team offsites, company celebrations, and recruiting events
  2. Develop and run internal programs that strengthen connection and community including but not limited to onboarding, rotational programs, speaker series, and wellness perks
  3. Manage company swag, merchandise design, and inventory
  4. Track budgets and event spend

Skills

Required

  • 3-6 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives
  • creative and operationally strong
  • excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
