This is a sales role within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division, specifically for the electrophysiology business unit (Biosense Webster). The 'New Star Program' is a future leadership training program aimed at cultivating future leaders in the electrophysiology field. It involves professional and comprehensive capability building, promoting new technologies, bringing advanced product technology to various markets, and providing extensive practice and professional coaching. The program offers technical training, customized development paths with cross-departmental and cross-market rotations, a support system, and overseas exchange opportunities. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a passion for clinical medicine, self-driven, with a background in medicine, pharmacy, or science/engineering, and possesses optimism, resilience, innovative thinking, good communication and collaboration skills, and is willing to travel and relocate.

What you'd actually do

  1. Promote new technologies in the electrophysiology industry, committed to leading the iteration of industry and surgeon technology levels.
  2. Bring advanced product technology to different types of markets, aiming to save more patients through an excellent product portfolio.
  3. We have professional training teams and advanced electrophysiology industry technology, and within half a year of training, you can become an excellent independent technical support person.
  4. The electrophysiology business unit's business development needs to be based on professional technical capabilities, for which we will customize ideal development paths for New Star Program trainees, with multiple departmental and cross-market rotations during the 3-5 year training period, to help you establish comprehensive and solid workplace fundamentals.
  5. The electrophysiology business unit will provide overseas exchange project opportunities for outstanding colleagues every year, to understand global industry trends and dynamics through learning and communication with electrophysiology surgeons and technical colleagues from different countries.
