This is a sales role within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division, specifically for the Electrophysiology business (Biosense Webster). The 'New Star Program' is a leadership training program for recent graduates focused on developing future leaders in the electrophysiology field. The role involves promoting new technologies, bringing products to market, and providing technical support. It emphasizes professional and comprehensive skill development, with opportunities for rotation, mentorship, and international exchange.

What you'd actually do

  1. We actively promote new technologies in the electrophysiology industry, committed to leading the continuous iteration of industry and surgeon technical levels.
  2. We bring advanced product technologies to different types of markets, aiming to save more patients through an excellent product portfolio.
  3. Through rich practice and various professional training, we expect every trainee to grow and become a versatile talent for the future.
  4. We have professional training teams and advanced electrophysiology industry technology, and within half a year of training, you can become an excellent independent technical support person.
  5. The electrophysiology business unit's business development needs to be based on professional technical capabilities. Therefore, we will customize ideal development paths for the New Star Program trainees, with multiple departmental and market rotations within 3-5 years to help you build solid fundamental career skills.

Skills

Required

  • 2025-2026 domestic and international undergraduate or master's graduates
  • Passion for clinical medicine, self-driven, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or science and engineering majors
  • Positive, optimistic, resilient, and always with the mission of benefiting patients, not giving up easily when encountering difficulties
  • Dare to think and act, with innovative thinking, adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a team spirit
  • Willing to accept challenges, willing to accept a certain degree of business travel and work location adjustments nationwide
