What you'd actually do

We actively promote new technologies in the electrophysiology industry, aiming to continuously iterate the technical level of the industry and operators.

We bring advanced product technologies to different types of markets, aiming to save more patients through excellent product portfolios.

Through rich practice and various professional training, we expect every trainee to grow and become a composite talent of future stars.

We have professional training teams and advanced electrophysiology industry technology, which can make you an excellent independent technical support person within half a year of training.

Electrophysiology business development needs to be built on the basis of professional technical capabilities, for which we will customize ideal development paths for the New Star Program trainees, with multiple departmental and cross-market rotations in 3-5 years to help you build solid fundamental workplace skills.

Skills

Required

2025-2026 domestic and international undergraduate or master's graduates
Passion for clinical medicine, self-driven, with a background in medicine, pharmacy, or science and engineering preferred
Positive, optimistic, resilient, with a mission to benefit patients and not give up easily when encountering difficulties
Dare to think and act, with innovative thinking, adaptable to a fast-paced and changing work environment
Good communication and collaboration skills, with a team spirit
