This is a sales role for Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division, specifically for the Electrophysiology business unit (Biosense Webster). The 'Evergreen New Star Program' aims to cultivate future leaders in the field through professional and comprehensive skill development, focusing on promoting new technologies and bringing advanced products to market. The role involves technical support, customized development paths with cross-departmental rotations, mentorship, and potential overseas exchange opportunities. It targets recent graduates with a passion for clinical medicine and a drive for innovation and patient care.

What you'd actually do

  1. We actively promote new technologies in the electrophysiology industry, aiming to lead the continuous iteration of industry and operator technical levels.
  2. We bring advanced product technologies to different types of markets, aiming to save more patients through an excellent product portfolio.
  3. In rich practice and various professional coaching and training, we expect every trainee to grow and become a versatile talent for future stars.
  4. We have professional training teams and advanced electrophysiology industry technology, allowing you to become an excellent independent technical support person within half a year of training.
  5. The electrophysiology business unit's business development needs to be based on professional technical capabilities. Therefore, we will customize ideal development paths for the New Star Program trainees. Through 3-5 years of training, there will be rotations in multiple departments and different markets to help you build comprehensive and solid basic workplace skills.
