This is a sales and leadership development program for recent graduates in the electrophysiology division of Johnson & Johnson MedTech. The program aims to cultivate future leaders in the field through professional training, cross-functional rotations, and international exchange opportunities. The role focuses on promoting new technologies and bringing advanced products to market, with a commission-based sales component.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the professional field, we actively promote new technologies in the electrophysiology industry, aiming to lead the continuous iteration of industry and surgeon technology levels.
  2. In the business field, we bring advanced product technology to different types of markets, aiming to allow more patients to be treated through excellent product portfolios.
  3. Through rich practice and various professional training, we expect every trainee to grow and become a future star composite talent.
  4. We have professional training teams and advanced electrophysiology industry technology, and half a year of training can make you an excellent independent technical support person.
  5. Electrophysiology business unit all business development needs to be based on professional technical capabilities, for this, we will tailor ideal development paths for new star program trainees, with multi-department, different market rotations in 3-5 years to help you establish comprehensive and solid workplace fundamentals.

Skills

Required

  • 2025/09-2026/08 domestic and overseas undergraduate or master's graduate
  • Passion for clinical medicine, self-motivated, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or science and engineering
  • Positive and optimistic, tenacious, always with the mission of benefiting patients, not giving up easily when encountering difficulties
  • Dare to think and act, with innovative thinking, adapt to a fast-changing work environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a team spirit
  • Willing to accept challenges, willing to accept a certain degree of business travel and job location adjustments nationwide
