Lead the business unit's P&L, portfolio strategy, commercial operations, and team leadership to drive growth and market leadership in new disease areas within Pfizer China.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for the delivery of the P&L
  2. Accountable for end-to-end portfolio, from pipeline planning organically and inorganically, to new product launches, and to commercialization
  3. Build business as the future growth engine for Pfizer China, lead the team to successfully enter new disease areas, develop the market, address challenges in accessibility and affordability, and establish Pfizer as a leader in in China
  4. Lead & coach the Marketing & Sales functions to drive cohesive BU operations, from strategy to implementation
  5. Lead & coach the Commercial Development function to develop fit for China portfolio strategy and planning, to work closely with Development China and Regulatory Affairs teams and achieve pipeline acceleration and identify opportunities for early launch where possible to maximize growth potential

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical business with diverse background, preferably with both a sales & marketing proved track record for a significant business or geography
  • P&L management experience and financial acumen
  • Track record of leading high performing teams while maintaining highest integrity
  • Proven ability to influence across a range of diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking
  • ability to anticipate the fast-changing HC environment and innovative mindset to embrace changes and identify innovative solutions
  • Solid expertise in the TA who have deep relationship with KOLs
  • Ability to engage, influence and convince Global TA colleagues & other key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead the conversation with key stakeholders to strengthen TA’s position

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree preferred
