Salesforce is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead the global Field Marketing team and Demand Generation engine. This role is at the intersection of field strategy and execution, owning the marketing motions that drive Agentic Enterprise adoption. The EVP will serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders, creating a coordinated global demand generation strategy tied directly to pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include owning and executing a unified global field marketing and demand generation strategy, leading the global demand generation engine, partnering with sales on account-based strategies, championing the use of AI and data to unify demand signals, and establishing measurement frameworks. The role requires 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, with significant tenure in global field marketing, proven ability to partner with sales leadership, a deep analytical mindset, and fluency in AI-powered marketing tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute a unified global field marketing and demand generation strategy across all OUs, ensuring alignment with the Agentic Enterprise narrative and key revenue priorities.
  2. Lead the global demand generation engine, driving pipeline coverage and delivering against annual revenue targets through a systematic pipeline creation and engagement model.
  3. Partner closely with the product CMOs and OU sales leaders on account-based strategies for enterprise, commercial, and industry segments.
  4. Champion the use of AI and data to unify demand signals, lead scoring, routing, and automated engagement into a single, cohesive system.
  5. Build and lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and AI-first marketing execution.

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • significant tenure in global field marketing at a large-scale enterprise software or technology company
