Executive Administrative Assistant role supporting Commercial and Investment Banking team at JPMorgan Chase. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and screen all incoming interactions on behalf of the executive, acting as the primary liaison between leadership, staff, clients and external stakeholders.
  2. Manage complex calendar for Senior Executives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  3. Work closely with key stakeholders to manage priorities and maintain key documents such as organizational charts.
  4. Coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations including agenda setting, material preparation and distribution, coordination of guest speakers, and logistics.
  5. Arrange and maintain complex travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel

Skills

Required

  • 3 years of experience supporting executive level leadership
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Proven experience interacting with all levels in the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional international travel planning skills and knowledge
  • Strong personal leadership
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding, changing environment
  • Strong depth of JP Morgan institutional knowledge
  • Fluency in planning complex market visits
  • Fluency in technology and tools such as LLM to create efficiency
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products such as Excel, PPT and Teams
  • Background in supporting revenue producers in a financial services environment
  • Willingness to work outside business hours as business needs require
