Executive Administrative Assistant for Asset & Wealth Management team supporting 15+ bank officers. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and document production, leveraging AI-enabled workflows for efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  2. Leverage AI-enabled and Microsoft 365 workflows (using firm-approved tools) to streamline scheduling, travel, communications, and document production.
  3. Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  4. Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
  5. Organize all aspects of internal and external events, including catering and transportation

Skills

Required

  • At least five years of administrative experience
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
  • Experience supporting a large coverage team
  • College degree is a plus
