Executive Administrative Assistant for Global Investment Banking Mergers & Acquisitions team, supporting senior leadership. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and communication drafting. What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones for 3–5 executives; proactively resolve conflicts and propose solutions
  2. Manage coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings (in-person and virtual), including scheduling, rooms, technology, attendee management, pre-reads, and follow-ups
  3. Organize internal and external events end-to-end, including room strategy, catering, visitor logistics, and transportation
  4. Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel with accuracy, efficiency, and contingency planning
  5. Screen incoming calls and messages; triage appropriately while exercising discretion and care in handling information

Nice to have
