What you'd actually do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and teams, including complex calendar management, meeting and event logistics, travel arrangements, and expense processing (Concur preferred)
  2. Draft, refine, and summarize communications (emails, agendas, minutes, action items) using approved productivity and AI tools, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  3. Maintain records and documentation in line with regulatory, compliance, and internal standards; act as a subject matter expert for relevant policies and procedures
  4. Support onboarding/offboarding, access requests, equipment logistics, and team announcements in partnership with internal teams
  5. Manage high volumes of correspondence and visitor support with professionalism and discretion

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Team-first mindset, strong partnership skills, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
