What you'd actually do

  1. Provide full-spectrum administrative support to the Asia Pacific CEO Office
  2. Process expenses and invoices accurately and on time (Concur experience preferred)
  3. Manage high volumes of correspondence with absolute discretion and sound judgment
  4. Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, always maintaining strict confidentiality.
  5. Coordinate international travel and Hong Kong Schedules for Senior Executives visiting the region or accompanying the CEO, and including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes, as required.
