Executive Administrative Partner to support the VP of AI Communications and a Director in the Meta leadership team. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, heavy travel planning, building relationships, and managing logistics for meetings and events. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience and proficiency with Google Suite. Experience supporting creative, design, or communications organizations and utilizing AI agents/tooling is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a complex schedule and logistical movements
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings
  3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Experience driving strategic projects and events

  • Prior or current experience supporting VPs at large scale tech company
  • Experience supporting a creative, design, or communications organization at large scale
