Executive Administrative Partner

Seeking an Executive Administrative Partner to support the VP and Director of CEO Communications at Meta. This role requires masterful problem-solving, complex calendaring, heavy travel planning, exceptional communication skills, and resourcefulness in building relationships across the Meta ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a complex schedule and logistical movements
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings
  3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 5+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience driving strategic projects and events
  • Experience driving events, managing logistics and fostering team collaboration
  • Prior or current experience supporting VPs at large scale tech company
  • Experience supporting a creative, design, or communications organization at large scale
  • Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships
  • Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple assignments quickly
