Executive Administrator role at Visa, a global payments technology company. What you'd actually do

  1. Organisation of the daily schedule for the GCM to ensure the most effective use of time. Ensure all internal and external meeting requirements are met.
  2. Sort, prioritise and where possible delegate and distribute GCM incoming mail in a timely manner, ensuring that urgent matters are dealt with in his/her absence. To redirect misdirected email and queries.
  3. Book and co-ordinate travel arrangements within tight deadlines for the GCM. Compile itineraries and liaise with regional offices to ensure business trips run smoothly.
  4. To answer incoming telephone calls for the GCM assisting with caller enquiries where possible. To take clear and concise messages and pass on to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
  5. Prepare correspondence, documents and presentation materials. Drafting of correspondence if necessary, and ensuring response is sent in a timely manner.

Skills

Required

  • University (or equivalent) degree in business administration
  • Experience in a blue chip retail or service sector organisation.
  • Strong PC skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of delivery and proven ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with a strong attention to detail
  • Project management experience

Nice to have

  • Financial services experience would be advantageous
