Executive Assistant role supporting Engineering and Product leaders at Databricks, focusing on operationalizing strategies, cross-functional liaison, and driving initiatives. Responsibilities include calendar management, event coordination, and stakeholder request management. Requires 7+ years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Calendar management - organizes all meetings, including but not limited to team meetings, customer, and internal business partner meetings across international time zones
  2. Builds and maintains records of all meeting requests and closes out all requests in a timely manner. Keeps to a strong SLA on responding to requests
  3. Manages offsite meetings, events, and programs in support in support of the SVP and their staff
  4. Ensures all meeting invites have the appropriate details to have an effective meeting
  5. They may be required to support other executive staff members if there's a gap in coverage due to PTO, sickness, maternity leave, or other absences.
