What you'd actually do

  1. Manage fast-changing calendars with precision across four senior leaders, making sure priorities are protected and no detail is overlooked.
  2. Be a trusted, critical partner in the success of the CX org by staying ahead of what each leader needs — proactively removing friction and helping them make the most of their time.
  3. Act as the go-to point of contact for internal and external partners across Growth Strategy, Services, and Support, ensuring communication is always clear and timely.
  4. Support our Growth Strategists (CSMs) in booking executive 1:1s with our internal leaders and customers — acting as a reliable, professional point of coordination that makes every touchpoint feel seamless.
  5. Follow up on action items and commitments, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and keeping leaders accountable to their priorities.
