Executive Business Admin to support the CVP Copilot and Browser at Microsoft, focusing on strategic calendar management, operational excellence, onboarding, expense management, event and travel coordination, and cross-functional communication within the AI Copilot organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. manage a complex and evolving calendar across multiple time zones for one primary; support the preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and meeting logistics to maximize decision‑making time.
  2. Work with wider EA team to run day‑to‑day operational tasks and processes on site at the office, identify gaps, propose scalable solutions, and leverage productivity and AI tools to increase efficiency.
  3. Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; manage equipment provisioning, security groups, and new‑hire setup.
  4. Manage expense documentation, purchase orders, statements of work, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking while ensuring policy compliance.
  5. Plan and execute internal and external events including off‑sites and seminars; arrange complex domestic and international travel, visas, and detailed itineraries.
