What you'd actually do

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to commercial and sales leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow‑up activities.
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely preparation of materials.
  3. Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and visitor coordination in line with company policies.
  4. Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external communications, presentations, and reports using established standards.
  5. Support commercial projects and initiatives by tracking actions, gathering information, and assisting with less complex project components.

Skills

Required

  • 0–2 years of relevant administrative, executive assistant, or business support experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (email, calendars, word processing, presentations).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under close supervision.
  • Spanish (fluent)

Nice to have

  • Technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience supporting leaders or teams within a sales, commercial, or customer‑facing organization.
  • Familiarity with coordinating meetings and activities across multiple stakeholders or functions.
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or internal initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in streamlining administrative processes.
  • English (intermediate or higher preferred).
