Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President within the Adobe Experience Platform organization. Responsibilities include daily administrative and business support, heavy calendar management, coordinating special projects, managing travel and expenses, and preparing agendas and presentations for meetings. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Daily administrative and business support for SVP and their respective orgs
  2. Heavy calendar management (Outlook) and extensive scheduling with both internal and external partners, also keep group calendars updated for availability in group scheduling
  3. Attend key meetings, take notes and facilitate follow-up as necessary
  4. Coordinate special projects including team offsite, team building activities and all hands meetings, team space planning and floor moves, and potentially other types of projects
  5. Manage travel schedule, travel logistics and expenses

Skills

Required

  • MS Office applications including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
  • 8+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or operations capacity
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
  • Ability to assess and prioritize conflicting demands
  • Work effectively with minimal direction, take initiative, and follow through
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly turn around projects with quality and accuracy
  • Very organized with ability to juggle multiple/complex demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience interacting with customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to work onsite in San Jose Adobe HQ at least 50%
