Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in an Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and maintaining team culture. Requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and judgment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  2. Manage travel and expense reporting
  3. Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, leadership off-sites, and team social events)
  4. Management of team space, including moves and restacks
  5. Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience working with large global teams

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
