This role is for an Executive Assistant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The primary responsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and supporting administrative tasks for Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs). The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. It emphasizes supporting MDPs in client service, internal commitments, and high-leverage activities, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner.

What you'd actually do

  1. Owns and drives calendar/complex meeting scheduling
  2. Coordinating end-to-end travel needs, including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time and ground transportation
  3. Processing timesheets and expenses on a timely basis
  4. Supporting administrative aspects of MDP internal commitments: practice area activities, BCG leadership committees, recruiting, etc.
  5. Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders (this will be crucial to your success!)
