Executive Assistant to support the Vice President, Content - Japan and other leaders within the Content team at Netflix. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in Japanese and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively complete calendar management which includes scheduling meetings (both internally and externally), managing scheduling conflicts, prioritization, and confirming meetings multiple weeks to months in advance
  2. Complete travel management starting with identifying business impactful travels in advance. Also includes booking travel, organizing trip itineraries, and coordinating logistics for office and external visits. Coordinating detailed and sometimes challenging travel arrangements (domestic and international), maintaining passport, visas, global entry, as well as keeping the leaders aware of travel restrictions and proactively scheduling and completing any and all applicable appointments and paperwork before and during travel
  3. Manage and process expense reports with accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely reimbursements and financial reporting
  4. Plan team and cross-functional offsites through coordination with all possible partners such as hotels, vendors for lodging, catering, flights, A/V, and transport
  5. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional admins
