Executive Assistant role supporting the Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering for Walt Disney Imagineering. Responsibilities include administrative duties, calendar management, travel planning, expense reports, and acting as a liaison between the executive and other senior stakeholders. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with at least 7+ years of executive support experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, screening and routing phone calls, managing calendars, processing invoices, scheduling meetings requiring significant coordination and follow up, and ensuring timely and effective communications
  2. Prepare expense reports in SAP and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner
  3. Prepare for meetings including setup for large presentations/video conferences with multiple sites
  4. Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, meeting coordination, and remote support of when executive is out of the office, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels
  5. Interface directly with other senior executives, their support teams and external organizations – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job
