Executive Assistant supporting the Data Intelligence team within Amazon Customer Service, which focuses on accelerating AI initiatives through data and advanced technologies like Generative AI and Machine Learning.

What you'd actually do

  1. Management of complex calendar and scheduling
  2. Complex domestic and international coordination
  3. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on items
  4. Manage expense report coordination and submission
  5. Organize, execute and assist with team activities (meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with limited supervision
