  2. Manage and execute a comprehensive, complex travel portfolio for all supported executives, including the anticipation of logistical requirements, managing intricate visa/passport details, and developing optimized travel schedules.
  3. Oversee and audit executive expense process of reporting and reconciliation for compliance.
  4. Act as a trusted liaison for the supported executives, fielding and filtering high-priority communications.
  5. Lead, guide, and mentor other administrative team members, establishing best practices, standard operating procedures, and efficient workflows across multiple functions.
