What you'd actually do

  1. Effectively manage complex calendars for Sales Specialists, prioritizing strategic scheduling.
  2. Manage complex travel and expenses across 4 leaders; process all expenses and reimbursements; manage schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Create, organize and maintain team resources to include: mailing lists, folders, drives so that information is easily-accessible and well-organized.
  4. Clearly communicate through transparent and clear comms that keep teams informed and aligned, such as note taking in a staff meeting, building strategic agendas, tracking action items, and All Hands.
  5. Collaborating and providing guidance and feedback, while building and clarifying admin team processes and best practices with lead Executive Assistants across the GTM and company.

Skills

Required

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment with a large volume of requests.
  • Experience identifying gaps and then initiating, implementing systems that address them.
  • Extreme attention to detail, organized and responsive.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • IT and AI savvy
  • Ability to partner cross functionally with all levels of management
